This is a great coffeemaker. I got it as a fathers day gift and I love it. It replaced a 12 cup coffeemaker and the additional 2 cups is nice for the coffee drinkers in the family. Easy to use and makes great tasting coffee.

Works very well, brews quickly, & is easy to use. The only thing I can’t decide if I like is the design of the carafe lid. It removes easily, making cleaning easy. But, you must also remove it to fill the carafe with water to pour into the coffee maker.

I purchased the black stainless steel coffee maker to replace an old cuisinart that was on its last leg. I have really enjoyed the new coffee maker. I have really enjoed having a 14 cup pot especially since i have to share with a teenager who conveniently forgets how to make coffee when he finishes the pot I made. The programming of the auto timer is easier than my old maker, and it is easier to switch between auto and when I want to make a pot now. This is a fantastic coffee maker, and the black stainless steel is very handsome on the counter.

Very noisy while brewing. Lot of popping sounds. Pouring water in back is harder then it should be. Otherwise nice unit.
