Generally I like this coffee maker. It's got good capacity. The spout on the carafe is designed well so there are no spills when pouring, (that was areal problem with my previous coffee maker). I like that it has the extra builtin water filter. I like the simple controls. Overall it does a great job.
The only reason I didn't give it a five out of five is because the area where you fill the tank is a little small and at the back of the opening. Inevitably I spill some water every time. It's a minor inconvenience in an otherwise good machine.

Easy to use and brews a cup in under a min. Coffee is super hot. Easy to program and has normal and a strong brew setting. This my second one. First one leaked out of the bottom. Customer service was great and replaced with a new one.My coffee maker was still under warranty. No hassles.

I love several features about our new coffee maker. First off, the 14 cup size is wonderful. And it is easy to program, set the clock, etc. It is also great to have the bold brew option, plus the alerts (happy to hear when it's done - and it is fast). I'm not sure if the coffee tastes so good because of the brewing or if the water filter is making a difference, but the coffee sure tastes better. But best of all, it is plenty HOT and stays that way. I like my hot beverages to be really hot, and this does it.
