So far we're loving this coffee maker. It's easy to set up and operate and it makes great coffee. It took a couple of pots to dial in our strength preferences but we our good to go now. And it sure does keep the coffee hot.

Unit so it doesn’t smell like burned plastic and you don’t have to worry about bad stuff. It also keeps coffee hot. The only drawback is carafe kid ;it comes off too easily
