I like the fact that you can make up to 14 cups of coffee and the coffee stays HOT. It is also great that it beeps when the coffee has completed the brewing cycle and then it also beeps when the hot plate is turning off. You are also able to control the strength of the coffee as well as the heat of the hot plate. Great product.

The controls are a bit confusing at first, but brews great. Had a lot of company for a few days and it was awesome that it made 14 cups in stead of 10 or 12.

I really like this coffee maker. It's easy to use and has all the features I wanted. It replaced another Cuisinart I had. I had first purchased another brand but was unhappy with the design and function so I returned it and went back to Cuisinart since it's a trusted brand. The only reason I went for another brand was becuase I wanted to try one with a removable tank, which I ended up not liking. The 14 cup capacity is great. I gave it a 4 instead of 5 only because sometimes the coffee grinds spill over into my coffee. However, this could be because I use cinnamon in my coffee which doesn't allow the water to filter through as quickly. I would recommend this coffee maker.
