It is doing everything I expected. It is easy to clean, makes excellent coffee, (btw, I fresh grind beans for every pot using burr mill, been doing this for 15 years). If I were to point to anything that is not perfect, it would be the difficulty getting all of the water out or the carafe when filling. I really love the 14 cup max though and gladly put up with a little inconvenience to have that.

I love the looks and features on this model. The only thing I don’t like is the warmer unit makes a cracking sound. It does it the entire time after brewing. Kind of annoying.
