Great Quality, Love this coffee maker! Was worth the extra money. It even has a permanent basket in case you run out of filters, along with a replaceable side filter to get rid of chlorine taste from treated city water. Glad I did not buy the Bunn machine as this is just as good for less money. I will never go back to cheap coffee makers after trying this. The 14 cup is also a nice feature without taking up any more space. Fits well under cabinet. Once you hold the handle on the pot you can tell it is quality!

I like the features, the temperture and the taste of the coffee made in this machine, but just yesterday it didn't brew the whole pot and there were grounds and water just sitting in the filter. After I cleaned up the mess, I rinsed the pot out and put a new filter in and ran water through the machine. Turned out fine then proceeded to make a fresh pot.
