I purchased this coffeemaker about 3 months ago after my K-Cup machine was intermittently not working. Being that a cup of coffee is detrimental to my mood for the day, I had to have a reliable machine for my morning cup. After doing the math, I figured out that a standard coffeemaker would reduce my overall spend on coffee each month, so I purchased this when it was on sale. In addition, now I can make an entire pot of coffee when my family comes over for dinner, rather than making single cups.
Since my husband doesn't drink coffee, I only make as much as I need each day, and I have had no problem doing that with this coffeemaker. I like that it has a carafe temperature control, but wish that it had a brew temperature as well. It has a timer on it as well, but I have not used that feature. I also like that you can turn the end of cycle beep off.

Bought this coffeemaker to replace my older Cuisinart coffeemaker that was leaking. I love Cuisinart products and this model was an upgrade from my previous model...love the stainless! My only complaint is ..it does not seem to keep the coffee as hot as my last model, even though I have it at the H setting.
