My husband an I tried the K-Cup coffee, but we just love a big pot of freshly brewed coffee in the morning. The features on the Cuisinart 14 cup Coffeemaker are just wonderful. The coffee stays hot, but not coffee shop hot which is too much for me. I want a sip as soon as it's poured, not 15 minutes later.

Bought the 14 cup Cuisinart coffee maker to replace a 10 cup Cuisinart coffee maker. Just a terrific coffee maker, works as advertised and simple to operate. Wouldn't buy any other brand of coffee maker...Cuisinart is the top of the line in my estimation.

I bought this coffee maker about a month ago and quickly realized that unless you are meticulous in inserting the filter just perfectly and also putting the lid on exactly right, you end up with the water not filtering correctly and the coffee grounds go all over the machine. It is annoying to say the least.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We got rid of our keurig but wanted a new maker that still made great coffee. This one does a fantastic job and no regrets. The only things I would change are : the lid only lifts to a vertical position making it harder to pour all the water from the carafe into the reservoir. Would be nice if the reservoir were removable or the lid folded completely back. Would also like to have a couple more programming options too. Weekday mode and weekend mode

I am very happy with my purchase, which produces a high-quality product at a reasonable price.. The appliance heats the water to a very high temperature, brewing very good coffee. I also like the bold feature, as I like my coffee strong, as well as option to turn the warmer to a high heat, a temperature I prefer. I generally make a sizable amount of my morning beverage, but have on occasion used the 1–4 cup control, which works perfectly. Kudos to Cuisinart.
