We ordered the Cuisinart coffee maker model DCC-3200P1 for a great price and it was promptly delivered. 4 pots of coffee later the CLEAN light was on and the programming failed. We contacted Cuisinart and returned to defective machine. Less than a week after we shipped the broken one, a new one arrived in the mail. Great service! 4 pots of coffee later the CLEAN light is on again. The programming still works, but the CLEAN light is annoying (bright LED light that is remains illuminated 24/7). Not sure what's wrong, but it seems endemic to this model coffee maker.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my 3rd Cuisinart coffee maker. I really like this new one which was a gift from my grandchildren. My 1st Cuisinart was put in our RV and the 2nd one was given to a friend. So I have been a Cuisinart user for many years and have never had any issues with any. My new Cuisinart coffee maker makes excellent coffee. I recommend the Cuisinart coffee maker for anyone.

After months of looking online and in store and finding nothing that met my criteria, I finally came across this one. My husband and I are big coffee drinkers, and most of the Brewers came across only went as high as eight or 10 cups, this one exceeded our expectations with 14 cups so we took the chance and we are extremely happy with our freshly brewed coffee. There are many settings that I find convenient such as the temperature on the burner, a bold setting, paper filter or mesh, Even the dark metal color was right up my alley. I highly recommend this brewer for the budget conscious yet have higher standards for brewed coffee.

I love the unit in all ways but one. And it is a critical one justifying the rating of 2 of 5. I love the bronze look and the coffee tastes great. But this unit is a replacement from the first unit that I bought because the first unit changed the time of day at least 4 or 5 times in the first couple of days. So, I sent it back for a replacement and this unit has also changed the time of day a couple of times since I received it about 5 days ago. In case you do not understand or I am not explaining myself well enough it goes something like this - the time of day might be 3:47 but the next time I walk by the unit in the kitchen the time of day just arbitrarily changed to say 8:21. No rhyme, no reason for the change. And you can imagine what that might do for a programmed start time.

I have had 3 Keurig coffee makers in the last 4 years… no more. I liked the look of the Cuisinart so I picked it. The coffee is hotter than with the Keurig and cheaper than buying the individual pods. Also found it to be easier to program.
