I bought this after my previous coffee maker died. I read several reviews & chose this for its ratings & features. I like the auto brew feature. It's nice to wake up to freshly brewed coffee each morning. I was skeptical of a 14-cup pot as I am the only one in my household who drinks coffee. However we recently had out-of-town guests & with a capacity of 14 cups, I never had to make a second pot. Overall. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I've had my Cuisinart coffee maker almost year now. It brews as fast and hot now as it did when new. My only complaint is that the brewing plate coating is slowly starting to peel off.
