The pot is horrible. You can’t get all the water out of the pot when pouring it into the reservoir. And the lid is not hinged. Other features are great but poor design on pot and reservoir

I had a Cuisinart coffeemaker before and it was great. The only thing was that it was one with a thermal carafe without a heat plate. The coffee was good but cooled down a little too quickly. This one makes hotter temp coffee and keeps it hot. Great product with lots of features and great coffee every morning!

I love the coffee maker. But, when I pour in nine cups of water I only get eight cups of coffee. Therefore, Ihave to pour in an extra one cup of water to get the nine cups I wanted.
