This is our 3rd Cuisinart coffee maker. Same style each time. While we love the coffee, we are disappointed in the issues we've had with breakdowns. Our second Cuisinart we purchased 4/17/17. Started leaking at the site of the electrical cord. Returned and received new one. The new one started leaking in the same spot and we returned it 10/29/17. Received a replacement. The replacement had issues with the clock and timer keeping correct time. Returned it 12/27/17. Got a replacement that started leaking at the electrical cord site. At this point, we decided to buy a new coffee maker. Checked out many other brands. Ultimately, none of them met our requirements. Back to Cuisinart. :( As mentioned above, we love the coffee it makes. They do replace their product for up to a year, but it appears the replacement product is not a new coffee maker. Cuisinart.........please do a quality review and fix the leaking problem.

I mostly really like this coffee pot. But there are issues. My last one, same model, lasted 16 months. All the coating on hotplate peeled off. Also, the clean light came on ALL the time regardless of how often I cleaned it. This one, I got one pot without clean light and then it lit every pot. After cleaning, I got 3 pots without light then it lit every time. Same thing when I cleaned again. Very frustration. I follow the direction and continue the cycle. That being said, I love the coffee, it pours nice, easy to use and I love the capacity.

This is at least our 6th Cuisinart Coffeemaker. The last one lasted four years. This new one lacks the setting that lets you keep it on for up to four hours. With this one it's two hours. Bring back the feature, please. Also, make it so that the hot plate and other components can be replaced and keep the unit out of the landfill.

The 14 cup capacity is deceiving as the capacity for the filter cone is limited to 75 grams (per manual and actual to prevent ground overflow) at a standard 1:16 coffee to water ratio 75g coffee is 1200g water or 40.5oz (7-6oz cups) nowhere near 14 cups. Returned to store for refund.

This was a gift. Had it for a month and suddenly one morning there was water all over the counter top under the coffeemaker. All the water drained out of the resevoir of the coffeemaker due to the hoses inside rupturing as was the cause of 6-7 other appliances of same model # losing water. Will never buy another Cuisinart product; have had too many coffeemakers go south.
