I’ve had for several weeks now and it makes a great tasting and Hot cup of coffee. Had company over the weekend and the 14 cup feature was a plus for us to have our morning fill! The bold feature is perfect as that is important for us as it’s exactly how we like it! Has a filter the same as our Cuisinart kCup maker.

Since the water measurement is on the right side in order to fill it one must pull it out, turn it sideways, pour water holding the pitcher with your left hand to make it possible to monitor the water level. And, if you are over 60 or don’t have your glasses on, good luck as reading the small leter level markings is impossible as they are to small. I would recommend this for left-handed coffee drinkers.
