Only had 1month. Great features for price; filter, program start, brew strength, guest-over 14cup carafe, brew done alert , very attractive machine in black and stainless.
Cons; tall unit for small space, pot replacement &&, set up for right handed fill, plastic parts seem a little flimsy.
Overall, happy. Oh...Makes good coffee!!

This is my second Cuisinart coffeemaker. I love this product, but my old 12 cup coffeemaker had a better lid. This one is harder to make feel secure.

This is the second unit that we have purchased. The first was damaged in an accident not due to product default. Makes a great up of coffee each time. DISLIKES: the labeling on the off/on buttons is confusing. Natural to push the on switch when you want to start an appliance NOT the off! The “bold” should a set once and leave it. I have to push the “bold” setting each time. OVERALL: the machine is durable and makes an excellent cup of coffee each time. Easy to clean and maintain. A touch screen would be a benefit for future consideration.
