We’re very pleased with this purchase, which is a replacement for a 12 cup Cuisinart machine which stopped working after about 12 years. The additional 2 cups makes a slight difference, but the ease of filling makes a very big difference. The only negative I can think of is that there is no internal power to maintain the time in the memory when the unit is unplugged. Fix that and this becomes a perfect machine in every way. Excellent coffee, easy to program and use.

Our old coffeemaker, a different brand, tuckered out, so it was necessary to purchase a new one. I reviewed other customers' reviews, which were favorable. This is by far the best coffeemarker we have ever had. It brews wonderful coffee and keeps it at great temperature for 2 hours, without burning it. I would highly recommend this if you're considering purchasing a coffeemaker.

Makes GREAT coffee, but had to replace one that was only 6months old, as the hot plate was peeling. Had this happen to a previous Cuisinart coffee maker. Love the coffee it makes, but why can't this design flaw be fixed?

I bought this about 3 weeks ago. I tried my sons coffee which he grinds from whole beans and found it delicious. I bought the grinder as well. I've had an issue with the coffee maker. The drip part does not always work properly so the coffee doesn't run all the way through, before the timer goes off. Have to fiddle with it to finish up.

We really like this coffee maker. We have been using the same model for years but have gone up to the 14 cup size for the last 2 that we have owned. My only pet peeve is the that the water reservoir is hard to pour the water into without it going all over the counter top. Also, the water filter should have some kind of automatic reminder to be replaced.
