Larger Gold Tone Filter needs to be manufactured

I love the strong brew you get from this coffee maker. But, if I use 1 level spoonful of coffee per cup for 14 cups using a grind meant for a cone filter, the water will back up and overflow the provided gold tone filter. It does look like a slightly larger filter would fit in the basket if Cuisinart would create one for this model. My original idea behind purchasing it was so that there would be enough coffee to go around when entertaining at family get togethers. We like bold coffee flavor so 2 pots were necessary after all.

I bought this to replace the same coffeemaker that I got last year that broke. This is second coffeemaker from Cuisinart and if this breaks I'm done with Cuisinart .
