Love this coffee pot, however the crafte broke easily and can’t find one in the stores. Very expensive online to replace. Therefore having to buy a different coffee pot . And this is and expensive one to begin with,

I was hoping i would like this coffee pot because it had good reviews. Unfortunately not from me. Every time I tried to pour coffee into my cup, the coffee came out all over counter. Same when my husband tried. Even the lid did not close tightly which made it dangerous. Perhaps pot is defective but i had to buy a new machine and throw this one away.

Good coffee maker. I have had no issues with it so far after 6 months. The only problem I have is that it takes a while to brew a whole pot. It takes longer than my old Cuisinart.
