Nice toaster but uneven browning

I bought this recently hoping for a toaster that would evenly brown both sides but it turns out it's the same as most others, inside runs hotter than outside. Looks nice though and the 2 separately controlled sections are good for toasting different types of bread using different settings.

Not good enough.

Update to my first review. On top of uneven toasting the bread does not brown at the bottom of the slots either so the claim of having deeper slots for longer bread is pointless! I have found that the only way to get even browning all over is to set it at 3 then take the bread out, turn it ovre and upside down and put it in again. I would not recommend it.

Toaster looks nice, but it doesn't toast the bread evenly, and I've had to cut down my bread slices to get them into the toaster
