Too loud

I switched to this toothbrush from a different electric toothbrush (Burst) because I have super sensitive teeth and very thin enamel. This toothbrush is advertised as being good for enamel protection which is why I bought it, but the toothbrush heads are actually a little bit firmer from the toothbrush I switched from. It has a sensor to tell you if you're pressing too hard (which was a selling point for me) but it only ever alerted me if I was intentionally pressing incredibly hard to see if the sensor even worked...
The toothbrush is also SO LOUD, it sounds like a helicopter. It was effective in cleaning my teeth but I've gone back to my previous toothbrush because this one is so loud and the other toothbrush has softer bristles that I think are gentler on my sad enamel deficient teeth.
