Had these for about 7 months now. They have been good overall. After about 6 months the battery starts to die much sooner and recently have had issues charging even with the original USB cable being in good shape and little wear on the headphones. Paint scratches easily. From the start, the bass on these are lacking, especially if you listen to newer hip hop.
As for the Google Assistant feature, it gets buggy sometimes and requires good signal connection and sometimes it is hard to connect to your phone. I love the feature when it is working properly. Maybe future models will have more customization options for the feature.

Over all the headphones are great I just really wish I could control the ambient sound. The headphones just didn't connect to the app and after a while looking online for an answer I couldn't find why the app did not recognize the headphones

Android/Win10 Stable Connection, Clear Audio

I've owned many JBL products over the years and have always been pleased with them, and these headphones are no exception. I've been using these for about 8 hours/day for work, and then another several hours/day beyond that for fun for about 5 months now and they are fabulous! When working I have them connected simultaneously to both my Samsung Galaxy Note9 (now Note10+) AND my Windows 10 desktop or laptop. I spend many hours each day on VoIP phone calls with the desktop or laptop and get many compliments on the clear audio. After work I jam with them, game with them, and use them continuously with my mobile. The 25 hour battery life is no joke! Bluetooth onnnections are instantaneous and rock-solid. I highly recommend these for Android and Windows 10! As a side note I use them with my Gen 7 iPad (2019), but the mic doesn't work consistently and the Bluetooth connection is occasionally but infrequently on/off/on (reconnects automatically). But then, they aren't advertised for iPadOS so I can't knock them for that. Still great audio on the iPad for gaming, movies, etc.!

The sound is very low, I received the headphone with scratches and the headphone fall off al the time

Sounds bad but with tweaking u can make it better

I brought this four days ago I got it today and I gotta say there light weight they don’t stay one the head to well but you get what you pay for i guess soy first listen I had to go to my Apple Music settings and put it on hip hop EQ to make more bass and make the vocals louder don’t use bass booster so yeah if you put it on hip hop or a different EQ they will sound better
