These are an amazing product!

I've had these for a month now and I have to say I'm really enjoying them!
The Google Assistant feature works flawlessly, the build quality is top notch and the comfort with these is like wearing a pair of warm soft ear muffs! The ear cups do a great job of blocking outside noise while the two 40mm drivers provide me with amazing clarity and depth. You hear just about every detail when you listen to music! These are by no means a bass heavy product (a good thing for me) but the bass they do provide is deep,tight and well controlled. Its not boomy at all. The mids and highs are all even with the bass output so there's no one frequency competing for dominance. Using these for phone calls is great, there's no artifacts or audio compression that you typically get with BT headphones. Voices come in very clear and my voice comes in very clear to with no hiss.
One thing I'd change though is the button design. While I have gotten used to them the buttons could be bigger and more defined, the Buttons on my JBL T500BT are all large and easy to find, they should be a similar size on these headphones to.
Overall if you're looking for a pair of headphones that provide you with very good clarity and excel in build quality, comfort and battery life then check these out! Even the included case and cords are of good quality.

Had these for about 7 months now. They have been good overall. After about 6 months the battery starts to die much sooner and recently have had issues charging even with the original usb cable being in good shape and little wear on the headphones, From the start, the bass on these are lacking, especially if you listen to newer hip hop.
As for the Google Assistant feature, it gets buggy sometimes and requires good signal connection and sometimes it is hard to connect to your phone. I love the feature when it is working properly. Maybe future models will have more customization options for the feature.
Paint scratches easily.

I bought a pair of these in an airport in 2016 and used them basically every day since. With their excellent noise-cancelling, lightweight construction, and robust battery life, they were my go-to travel headphones and stood up to years of international trips. When the pandemic started, their ability to pair with multiple devices meant they were my lifeline for all Zoom meetings, phone calls, and remote work tasks. I accidentally stepped on my pair today and almost cried! I love these headphones so much!

Superb!

I had gotten these as a Christmas gift, and so far had a week with them! So far there has not been any issues with blue tooth. I got the brown pair, my mother had thought it was charcoal, but no issues with that it still looks good. In addition, they are indeed comfortable, I can wear them for hours without no sensation of pain whatsoever. They are alright when it comes to the control buttons on the headphones, it is a bit of a game trying to remember the the placement for the buttons, but they are exceptionally well for the price.

I have been using these headphones for a couple of months now and they are excellent! I also have a pair of AIAIAI TMA-1s and a pair of Seinheiser HD 25s, and while they are for DJing, they are a good measure to compare with these JBL 310GAs. The headphones are really comfortable, the sound quality is great, and the materials are really good (not cheap materials at all). Also, I love that they come with a mini jack cable in case you need to connect it directly to any device. The battery works very well and the insulation is excellent. They come with a case, so thats a plus! Totally recommended. Also, it's a JBL product, what more can I say? 5 stars for this product!
