More complicated to use then the prior version. Additional settings for temp. not great to figure out and instructions not so clear especially when you have an error to troubleshoot.
Cooking temperature when reheating destroys the baked potato. Check the temp guide which is very limited on suggested temp. for the food descriptions.

A good product overall

I really like the white interior, the stainless steel front, and the separate timer button-which enables the microwave to cook and time simultaneously. (For example, it can cook vegetables, and time the rice which is cooking on the stove, simultaneously.)
I do miss the melt/soften butter function. I do wish the sides and top of the outer cover were also stainless, instead of black. (We keep a placemat on top, which really helps.)

Sometimes seems to have hotspots in cooking.
Beeps of you do not take things out after cooking, which is not useful to me (annoying) but maybe useful to others.
MUCH BETTER than my old Panasonic microwave!
