Perfect size

So far, this unit has been great. Buttons take a little getting used to, they are a bit hard to press. The size is great for cabinet opening spots like ours. 1.6 is actually quite large, and fits our largest bowl of mashed potatoes easily! Noise is about what we expected, not extremely loud, but does have a strong fan sound. The power, and ability to cook food is perfect. We use this unit everyday, at least a dozen times, for items large and tiny. So far... perfect!!

I have used multiple GE products. My last GE microwave was 10 years old and worked perfectly until it got permanent popcorn burn stink!

Heating food, defrosting takes half the time. The food is so hot compared to our old microwave!
