Disappointed with the Quality

Extremely disappointed in this product. The microwave is very loud, the case vibrates, and it loses power and resets out of the blue. All our other appliances are GE and great but we got a dud with the microwave. It’s 2 months old but we’ll be replacing it with another brand shortly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I much prefer the push button door unlock system this microwave has. Pulling handles usually causes issues with stability. This is my second purchase of this unit. The 1st one broke, including the door unlock button irreversibley being stuck. I think that my grandchild was responsible for this? Cooking strength is extremely powerful, a plus.

I researched many brands. I wanted white and 1200 w. Defrost, reheat, etc., 1-6 express choice, add 30 secs... it has all the bells and whistles. 1.6 cf. Its simple to operate. The price is very affordable. I've used it for several months, many times per day.
