Good features....when they work

It was great while it lasted, which was a VERY short time. Defrosted pretty evenly though after a year the 1 lb defrost needed to be increased to 1.3 lbs (same size patty every time). It was the right size and better than its predecessor Panasonic. BUT it died a premature death. Used it yesterday to nuke corn for 2.5 minutes -no problem. This afternoon the clock was off. Checked the breaker and it was fine. Checked the outlet it was fine. Moved it to another circuit/outlet and nothing. Bought in 23 (mfd in 22), died 18 months later. I guess I got a couple more months than most people before it failed. Don't have money to buy a new one since I'm unemployed. This is not amusing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased 5 units for the lunch room at work. 3 have failed in less than a year.

Best Microwave Oven I've Bought!

It is the perfect cross between stainless steel and black. It is beautiful and it works so good. Has tons of nice features and extra buttons for everything from popcorn to defrosting for various kinds meats.
