Fills our needs for microwave

At this time working great. First microwave from “appliance store” and not big box store.
Hopefully this one last longer than ones in the past. (2-3 years)
One complaint, quick guide for reheat says #3 for dinner plate, but this microwave only has option 1 & 2 for reheat option.

Great unit. The tag indicates it was built in 2008 so that’s a really good run! Plus everything in it seems to be Samsung.

Although it seems to warm up leftovers just fine, I cooked bacon in it for 6 minutes resulting in the viewing window to have condensation between the panes for hours before I could see through it again.

We want to help go over this. It can be normal to notice a build-up of steam when cooking certain foods in your microwave. The higher the moisture count of a certain food item, the more steam it will produce. You can wipe away any moisture build-up with a paper towel.

Works great. It heats very quickly. I'm impressed with the sensor buttons. The dinner plate function reheats the food just right. Good value for the money. Highly recommend.
