It seems good so far, but it"s less than a week old. I wish there was an owners manual as we are still trying to figure out some features. I hate that I have to go online to see how to use an item.

Big improvement over my 2008 Kenmore. Powerful, quiet. Wish an instruction book was included. I had to go online to print one out.

This is one of the best microwaves I have ever owned. One downside is that if any piece of food gets stuck under the turntable or on the wheel, it will make a loud noise when turnng, but it's an easy fix; Just clean the debris off the wheels.
I would recommend this to a friend!
