We purchased this as a replacement of the same ge microwave that we purchased four years ago. The one we purchased four years ago became unuseable when the microwave kept working after the door was openned. This is not good, but we liked the microwave and four years of service is not too bad considering how long countertop microwaves last. This microwave works well for us.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fantastic mircrowave. 1150 watts -- plenty of power- Beautiful appliance -- looks great in our kitchen. Our first one lasted about 10 years. Loved it so much we bought another just like it. LOVE IT !!

Heat's food nicely but the turn table makes strange noises this is the reason for 2 stars
