Cook/heats fine but control panel symbols too dark

Microwave cooks/heats fine. Problem is you cannot read the control panel. It's too dark and you don't know what button(s) you are pushing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like this microwave. I gave this a 4 because we had to replace it in less than a year because it wouldn’t heat up any more. Bought the same exact one. Hoping we don’t have the same problem
