Yikes! Those membrane buttons!

I used to have an old Panasonic microwave with push buttons. My new GE microwave has membrane buttons. Those new buttons are much harder to use. Either I'm slightly off-target or I hit something close by. Less convenient, more time-consuming.

It is a nice microwave and it does the job. This replaces the exact same unit I bought five years ago. The door switches malfunctioned and the fan and turn table continued to run when the door was opened.
This new unit makes a clicking sound as the turn table runs and steam builds up between the door glass.
It is an okay microwave for something in this price range.

Great Microwave

This is a great countertop microwave. The size is right, with sufficient internal space to hold larger items. There are smaller countertop microwaves, but we are a large family and wanted to have room for full-size places or even smaller casserole dishes. Very pleased with the fit and finish, as well as the features.
I would recommend this to a friend!
