I LOVE THE EASE OF US OF THIS MICROWAVE! THIS IS ACTUALLY THE THIRD ONE OF THESE I PURCHASED BECAUSE I MOVED, SO I HAD TO REPLACE IT! I DON'T LIKE THE BIG FANCY ONES! IT'S SIMPLE TO USE & I DON'T NEED ONE THAT DOES ALL KINDS OF THINGS BECAUSE I MAINLY USE IT FOR REHEATING!

Like the product, just wish they would last longer, 3rd one purchased in 6 years. First one lasted a little over 3 years, and the 2nd one just 2 1/2 years. We’ve read the reviews on GE microwaves and they have good ratings and should last 6-8 years, for some reason we don’t seem to have much luck with our purchases. Hope the one we just purchased holds up longer than the previous ones.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Special heating features like one button for beverage and the sensor for reheating are a big improvement over the old model we had. Perfect size for our needs.
