These microwaves are prefect for apartments
Key pad not working anymore after a blackout or power surge.
I have current 10% failure rate after two years after purchase. Which is a reasonable failure rate considering that I purchased 58 of these microwaves. Suggest getting a appliance surge protector to protect your investment.

It would appear to be the only model in between the 1.1 and 2.0 cu ft versions, so we opted for it. On the other hand, it is ever so slightly less spacious than the old Kenmore microwave we were replacing. That came as something of a disappointment (won't take our bacon tray, for instance), but we didn't want anything as large as the 2.0 cu ft model.
