I am SO happy with my purchase of this 1.6 cu. ft. GE microwave!! I was looking for one that was certain dimensions so it would fit in the space that my old one was in. I also wanted sensor heating plus the same or similar buttons for cooking. My old microwave was black. I couldn't find a black one in the size and features I was wanting, so decided to go with a black stainless color. I wasn't disappointed- it looks so nice!! This unit works very well; the reheat feature is awesome!

1100 watts GE microwave

The best feature about this microwave is that it cooks frozen dinners really well. While my previous microwave always burned my chicken pot pies, this microwave cooks frozen store bought chicken pot pies really well and never burned the crust. It also heats up leftovers evenly so I can enjoy more of my food. Using it daily for just about every meal.

So far I really like the higher wattage than on an older model. But, I have not had this very long and I will say GE is great to deal with if there is a problem. A light went out in a still under warranty model and they refunded my money after I bought another GE model.

Works great. Takes a while to learn controls. Tougher to clean than I'm used to. Hope it lasts as long as the previous GE it replaced.

Replaced the similar GE microwave I had from 30 years ago. This model has a few extra features that I like. I mainly bought it due to my last GE microwave lasting for so long. I hope this one does to! I am loyal now.
