A good product for the price

It gets the job done, and it's been reliable when I cook, It's a little bigger than I expected, though. And I had to request a replacement glass tray when the original broke. Customer service, though, was outstanding.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Generally easy to operate. Magnetron is somewhat loud, but you know its functioning. Dinner Plate and Defrost cycles are good and "Add 30-second" is option is handy. Control functions could be a brighter. The windows fogged up, between window panels and inside pane, so couldn't see what is happening inside. Although people say fogging is natural and safe, I wonder why some microwave ovens do and others don't. It is something that people with devices that are sensitive to microwaves might consider.

This microwave is a replacement for a 1.6 cu ft GE that we have enjoyed for many years. We went with GE again because we really liked the previous one. Looking forward to many years with this one.
