Microwaving again

This counter top microwave is great, so far .
The LAST ONE same model never sounded right and then went on fire after 8 months. Thank goodness we caught it quickly.The smell was Horrendous!
The refund policy is a lengthy process of correspondence then two months to get the money back AFTER you purchase a new one.

Operating instructions did not come with the microwave. Had to go online to get information on how the settings work. Microwave works well once you understand the settings

I'm a senior citizen, recently moved into a downsized home. I chose this microwave because it's large enough to fit my needs and small enough to fit on a countertop. It works great and I would recommend it to anyone

This is the fourth countertop GE Microwave (across 2 homes) I have owned. Not sure if they are labeled the same, but it’s the same size and functionality. They are reliable. Relatively easy to clean and amazingly affordable, particularly relative to a built in. The first one I had lasted over 10 years. Second one didn’t last this long but still lasted long enough to be a good investment!

So far so good, the microwave cooks food completely using the time specified on frozen foods, the preset features such as reheating, popcorn, and other settings work great and we use them often, no need to worry about under cooking.
I would recommend this to a friend!
