I love this microwave! I bought it as a replacement for a bigger GE microwave that had stopped heating at any setting but high. That microwave was purchased in 2016. Since I am a prolific user of my microwave at 20%, 30% and 70% settings, depending on what I'm doing, I really need all settings to work. I decided to go with the black stainless steel because I have all black appliances in my kitchen but I wanted one less likely to show fingerprints. My old black GE microwave was terrible about fingerprints, but this black stainless steel one is great! It stays looking much cleaner and nicer - no fingerprints!! The defrost setting works better and more quickly than my old microwave - so does the potato and popcorn settings as well. The interior can hold a 13 x 9 pan, but the pan be too big to actually turn on the turntable without the corners hitting the interior walls and stopping, so if you want to put a 13 x 9 dish in the microwave, here's my workaround - turn your turntable upside down so it no longer turns on the turn-style. Then just rotate your dish halfway through cooking or thawing time. Also, this microwave is a lighter weight than my former microwave so I found that I needed to put a grip pad underneath to keep it from moving around on the counter when it is opened or closed. I do love this one! Hope it lasts me a long time!

This Microwave is so easy to use/open. The food heats up quickly compare to other models. We got the second one too for our home and my sister purchased the same one as well.

The control panel is a bit confusing. My wife (80 y/o) often has trouble deciphering the settings she needs for meal preparation.

Durable Sensor Microwave

For my nine-year-old this is exactly what we needed, multiple sensor cook options, frozen items, popcorn, beverage, etc for his after school time. Some things are still well made, and this is one of them.
