We are finding our way through the operations. So Far Happy with the basics. Having trouble with the Defrost Feature - Working on it! Haven't figured out what the Timer Feature is for. The documentation that came with the Microwave is rather vague. I need to consult Google. Additionally, the Timer is located right above Start Button, so it was quite a shock when the Microwave kept displaying END, END, END, and I was confused. Timer button would be better served if near Cook Button. Just a thought.

Replacing a 3 1/2 year old GE microwave. Hope this one preforms as well, until it started to fry everything and not cut off.

This microwave looks good with my other black and stainless steel appliances. It's easier to use than my previous one with one touch timing. I like having the easy to read touchpad controls on the front. It also seems more powerful than my previous one although the watts are the same. The clock even keeps time better. The best part is that it beeps once when cooking is done unlike the last one which beeped incessantly. Overall, so far, very happy with this product.

So far, so good. We'll see how long it lasts. It's not as well-designed as the Kenmore Elite micro that it replaces, that was 11 years old, but nothing is better today than it was in the past, unfortunately. Things are only as well-made now, as the have to be. This microwave is good enough. If you've never had another, you'd think it was perfect.

Bought this microwave when we bought a new house in November 2021. It was plenty large and powerful. Things cooked faster.
About 6 months after we got it, it would occasionally have an electrical fritz, but it was okay most of the time. It seemed to only happen when there was just straight butter in it.
As of August 2023, it is no longer usable. Over time it started doing the same stuff, but for everything. I am pretty disappointed a GA product would last less than two year. It makes me worry about my other appliances.

We recommend trying a quick electronic reset, which is done by removing the power cord for about 30 seconds and then plugging it back in. This unit is aesthetically pleasing. But when operating it is to noisy. Also an illuminating function panel is needed.
