Noisy Microwave from the start

The microwave heats the food but makes a lot more noise than anyone I’ve had over 25+ years of microwaving. I’m concerned that something is wrong and this has been the case from the first usage. Usually that indicates a short life for equipment. I’d appreciate someone following back up with us as this was just installed in July 2023 and I’m not confident it will be working at the end of 2023.

You have to push really hard on the menu. I'm not crazy about this microwave. I rather open the door then push a button.

It's a little different from the microwave I replaced it with. There are a few things that I would like to see changed.
One thing I would do is make the buttons easier to see, backlighting would be great. The other thing would be to be able to set cook time under a minute. Your owner's manual could use explain the buttons in more detail as to the timing for each programed button, other than the flashing light display.
