Like this model so far, heats quicker than our old one. Water for hot tea is boiling at 2 mins!

I orginally ordered this microwave in stainless steel bc it was not available in white but found a retailer that carried it in white. Big mistake. Should have heeded the reviews about not being able to see the controll panel w/o a flashlight bc it is not back lite. Returned and ordered a white model. Still hard to see the panel but better. This was to replace my old GE microwave that lasted 15 yrs which I really liked. The new model is the comparable to my old one. The led light bulb does not light the interior well. I also find it takes longer to heat things up. The control panel has been refined which is good. Overall, it's a decent model for my purposes. I don't do a lot of cooking in a microwave. I mainly use it to heat things up & make pop corn so it is more then adequate for those purposes.

O.K but not great

The microwave is ok but the buttons are way too hard to push. The reason I bought it is for for my elderly mother who can't reach up to use the one we have over the stove. She can't push the buttons and I also have trouble with them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
