Nice preset and self-explanatory settings. Reasonable size for a desktop.
Got this to replace an earlier model with the same features when the door sensor/latch started acting finicky and we couldn't get the unit to start or run reliably. Caution users not to slam the door.

Dead at 4 years

Enjoyed the microwave while it lasted. Died unexpectedly after just 4 years of use. Tried toubleshooting to no avail. Cost of repair is prohibitive. Expected GE product to last longer.

Like this one way better than LG

Under extended warranty, I trade it, in my LG neo chef microwave after having it a little over two years and it started receiving error messages.. It also boils water at a higher rate too hot to drink coffee. The LG neo chef microwave also had it in a noxious music playing when the food was done and this GE microwave is way better. It beeps every 20/32 seconds when your food is done so far so good. GE microwave reheats food well. The only gripe I have is I have to tap the beverage button +1 minute to make instant coffee hot, and I haven’t figured out how to add 10,15, etc. seconds to my cooking. Only 1 minute or 30 seconds quick buttons intervals. I’m sure there has to be a way, also it fits well on the counters in handicap units were the cabinets are often lower, at least in my unit.

Really like this microwave. The only drawback is the digital clock is not as bright & easy to read as I’d like.
