This microwave replaces a Kenmore that had been problematic and them died. It consistently works well, and is easy to operate.

I just purchased one of your microwave oven and it lasted a week before I had to take it back to the store and they gave me another one, so it’s a waiting game for me now, just to see how long it will last.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Plenty of features. Quiet operation. The only drawback that I've found, if any, is the that the light in the cooking chamber and the LED display on the front panel could be a little brighter!

My 86 year old mother had one like this in her home. The one we got for her died after 6 years. So this is a replacement. Fairly easy to learn. However no manual came with it. She wished they made more white microwave with handles.
