Looking to replace my GE JE1860SB

This model seems to be the closest dimensions to our old unit. Will this fit our opening?

It is not approved for built-in installation and there is not a compatible trim kit available for this model. You may want to consider the PEB7227ANDD. The appliance we purchased is easy to work with and many selections to choose from for many different types of food. Food is very well heated or warmed up in a small amount of time. Easy to clean.

Nice Microwave but rattles

Right out of the box, first meal made in it. You can hear the fan hitting parts on the inside and rattles like a rock tumbler. I have video I wish I could upload. Should you guys handle it or should I just return it to Lowes? It's not even 12 hours old. This only costs my time, gas and tolls now. How would you like to proceed? I am hoping for a rapid response seeing as how Thanksgiving is Thursday.
