Oh no, we're so sorry that your new microwave isn't working properly so soon in its lifespan. This is not something we would expect and we hate that you have to deal with this.
We recommend taking advantage of your warranty and scheduling service with a certified GE Appliances technician that will be able to accurately diagnose and repair your microwave. You can schedule service online at https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm or by calling 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737) Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET or Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET.
