My previous microwave was a GE and it gave me many years of good service. This model is very similar to that microwave. It is the right size for my needs and has all the best features.

it's fine. I noticed recently there's a strange noise and I believe it has something to do with the rollers under the glass plate. When I turn it on and the plate begins to rotate the rollers underneath don't seem to be rolling freely and it makes a weird scratching sound.
I would recommend this to a friend!

To troubleshoot, make sure the turntable is centered and seated properly, and make sure the turntable is securely fastened to the shaft. Check to make sure that there is no food or debris under the "wheels" of the turntable ring. Food can prevent the wheels from moving forward.

The microwave is a great size, but it has a lot of power. The smaller size is perfect for the shelf above the counter, but this model still has the power needed to heat food quickly.

Great features, hard at first to get to work

It was hard to get to work at first, but once we read the book all was ok.
It matched my other GE appliances in the kitchen, stove and refrigerator.
