Packaging was excellent. Setup easy. Performance is excellent. Heats food quickly. Wide variety of heating options and programs. Value is excellent

We have had trouble with this microwave since we bought it 6 months ago. I will stop working. It won't heat. It will heat. I can't decide. I will sound like a rocket and we are afraid it's going to explode.

Good microwave no real instructions

The microwave is a very decent microwave but did not come with any instructions on what the special cooking buttons do or how to use them. Some of the buttons were listed in the manual but only as to what they were called not how to use them or how to set them. I also couldn’t find anything online or at GE that actually explained all the uses of this model’s buttons.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm writing this review only 3 months into ownership, so it's really not that helpful (but GE will enter me in a drawing, so might as well). It works as it should so far, no complaints.
