Beautiful Microwave

The cost of this microwave is well worth it. The size is perfect and the looks go well with our kitchen appliances. With so many choices out there I did my research and chose this model. The features are great and our large family is happy with it.

I had to replace a built-in cabinet microwave and this was the perfect size. Really love the sensor when cooking foods. Easy to clean and built well.

I like the microwave but pushing the button to open is kind of hard and I wish the door didn’t make such a loud noise when closing it.

Hello - Thanks for the feedback. We're glad that overall you're pleased with your microwave. Your comments about the door latch and door are greatly appreciated. It is best to open the door by pressing the center of door latch release. When pressing in areas off center and further from center, the door latch is more difficult to operate. The difference in the door noise is due to a firmer spring in the door latch; this is a normal condition for the microwave. Thanks for making GE Appliances a part of your home! -Mikayla@GEA

This broke after 2 months. Getting a repair was expensive because it was built into a cabinet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Right size, right power, right color

We needed a larger, more powerful microwave. This unit checked all the boxes and it’s color matches the other white appliances in our kitchen (my wife likes white appliances for their ability to brighten her kitchen and for their ability to look clean).

Nice but stainless only on front

I think this microwave is a nice size. Simple to use. Great price where I bought it. The only thing I don't like is that the sides are black, not stainless.
