I got this model as it was the closest similar model with similar features as my BELOVED GE former microwave that I had since 1997! Mine finally stopped heating. I considered replacing heating coil but I also figured after 2 decades plus I was due for a new one. I'm still figuring out the heating times on some things as every microwave is slightly different but I do love the look and features of my new GE. I admit there is somewhat of a slightly off putting noise when you first start cooking anything, just for a moment, but it's fairly quiet after that first initial "start up" much like my oscillating fan starts on high them goes to whisper quiet. So far it's great and I like all the features and options it has and I've always trusted GE so hopefully I get another 20 years out of this one also.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This was a replacement microwave for one that we had only had for a few years. I like some of the features. So I have no complaints.

The microwave is excellent!! We had a GE microwave prior to this one and I wanted to replace with one as close as possible to the old one snd this microwave is even better than our old one!! So many great features and has more wattage which cooks items even more quickly and evenly. Love this product!!

This microwave is easy to use. It has extra security so a child can not push buttons or open the door. I would recommend this microwave to my friends.

Microwave would run constantly. Had to leave the door open so that it would discontinue running.
