This is just what we needed. The add 30 seconds is very handy. The wattage is an improvement over our previous unit. I highly recommend this microwave.

This oven worked exactly as expected right out of the box. Settings are a little different from what I was used to, but I'm getting the hang of them without trouble. This unit is large with high power. It can handle good sized casseroles etc. Also the price was good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We had a very similar microwave in size and wattage before. It lasted many years and hope this lasts many also. Has just the features we like and is the perfect size.

First one died after a short month's use. My second one is running well, but the 7,8 and 9 buttons do not work if you want to use FAST COOK. I believe it gets hotter than my "Over The Stove" model I had before moving to a smaller house.

Hi there, and thanks for taking the time to share your feedback on your countertop microwave. We truly hate to hear your first model stopped working after a month, and you now have some concerns with the current model; we know this must be frustrating.
The Express Cook function intentionally only uses the 1-6 options on the touch pad, because it is meant to add from 1 to 6 minutes of cooking time. We regret any inconvenience this may cause. If you needed to add a bit more time to an Express setting, the Add 30 seconds function may be useful for you. Regarding the unit getting hot, as long as it has the necessary clearances of 3 inches on each side, 3 inches on the top and 1 inch in the rear, this should not cause any issue.
We will certainly send your thoughts about your experience with this model to our Design team for review, as we always appreciate the insights of our valuable consumers. If you have any other concerns or inquiries, we're glad to help. -Sarah@GEA
