Replaced a 1.1 GE Microwave oven with this unit with over 20 yrs. use, operation very much the same. Like this unit and well pleased with it., also cost was very reasonable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Buttons on the Control panel

Control panel button are a little hard to push and register.

So far I don’t have any complaints other than you have to push an extra button to start a timed food which isn’t really a problem just different from my old microwave.

Great experience!

We really like our GE microwave, but it stopped heating after 3 -4 months! My experience with customer service was good and very professional. Now I am just waiting to receive my certificate in order to get reimbursed for our new GE microwave. We are hoping that this new GE micro will last longer than the other one. We wish that the exchange policy was longer than 30 days!!!! Like my situation, I had to manage without a microwave in order to replace it!!!!!! I will definitely look into that b4 I purchase another appliance, which I'm sure isn't any different!!!

inside light and clock-timer light EXTREMELY weak!

third counter GE microwave I have purchased. Satisfied with all of them EXCEPT last one I received (9-16-21) I am disappointed in the inside light and outside clock/timer light. Can hardly see. Operation of unit so far okay.
