Does what it's supposed to do

Works fine. Convenient timing options--especially the express cook options. Black lettering on white background is easy to see. Just wish the digital time display was larger and brighter for my old eyes. Door opening "button" is not as convenient as former microwave for person with arthritis.

Almost fine

Everything seems to work well, except it's almost impossible to read the numbers on the clock/time readout. Way too dim. Do you have a fix for this, GE? My old GE didn't have this problem.

This unit is nearly identical to the one I had in service for 16-years. Have used it for one afternoon/evening and morning breakfast. The RF screen in the door is painted black where my previous was white. The black screen makes the interior look very dark. The Sensor line is outstanding in its features, power, turntable, cleanability and the actual functioning of the sensor itself.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to set up and open from box. Seems like a powerful microwave. Easy to read prompts and settings do not cause to many headaches for cooking. Great price for a 1150 watt microwave.

We have a GE Micro Wave that quit working. We purchsed a new GE micro wave and it started smoking when we treid to use it. Returned for a replacement and the new GE replacement micro wave...could not read the deisplay in bright light. Returned the second unit and have decided to have the old one repaired. It worked great and the display is bright and much clearer. I would recommend the unit f it were not for the dim display.
